Hey Guys!

It’s Christmas time and nearly the end of the year! So I thought I would share with you all the Christmas song’s I’ve made starting from the oldest to the youngest hehe 🙂

Enjoy!

The Very First Christmas

This one I made as part of a portfolio of music that I had to make in support of my application for my Masters (for more info see my Experience page). The idea behind the song is to try and capture the emotions, stillness and peace of what it might have felt like at the moment that Jesus Christ was actually born in the stables! Just sit back and imagine our Saviour and what He has done for us by being born!

Christmas Song!

This song is about having a relationship with Jesus and reflecting about the year over Christmas time, thinking about all the times that Jesus has been there for us and just being honest and real with Jesus about how lovely it feels to have someone so dependable in your life.

Can’t Help Falling In Love

This is an instrumental cover of Elvis Presley’s very famous song from his film Blue Hawaii. I decided to use a Glockenspiel as a solo instrument because I felt like it sounded Christmassy. Furthermore, I felt like it’s sound was reminiscent of the sound and look of that icicles and the simple quiet string accompaniment represented the stillness and quiet of winter.
